H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States  participated at the Ceremony of signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and UN Volunteer Programme as well as at the ceremony of signing the Memorandum of Understanding between Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Türkiye, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The Ceremony was held within the framework of the “International Volunteer Forum” on 21 June 2023. The objectives of the memorandum are to enhance the development of international cooperation in the field of volunteer work, exchange experiences in the development and implementation of volunteer initiatives, and collaborate on joint volunteer projects in various areas.
