The OTS Secretary General H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev will address as keynote speaker at the panel session entitled “Organization of Turkic States’ vision to promote regional cooperation along the Silk Road” on Friday 31 March, 2023, organized by the Diplomatische Akademie Wien in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Austria, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Austria, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Austria, the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye to Austria, the Embassy of Turkmenistan to Austria, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Austria and the Organization of Turkic States.
