A ceremony unveiling the portraits of the former Secretaries General of the OTS was held at the OTS Secretariat building in Istanbul on 17 January 2023.
The OTS Secretary General H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev and a former Secretary General Ramil Hasan attended the ceremony along with all the OTS Secretariat staff. The former Secretaries General Ambassador Halil Akıncı and Ambassador Baghdad Amreyev were not able to attend the ceremony due to their schedules.
Speaking at the ceremony, the OTS Secretary General Ambassador Omuraliev reminded of the service of his predecessors to the development of cooperation areas among the Turkic States and thanked the former Secretaires General for their work.
Former Secretary General Ramil Hasanov expressed his gratitude for the occasion and stated his readiness to always support the activities of the OTS in the future.
