Within the framework of the Second Ministerial Meeting on Emergency Management of the Organization of the Turkic States (OTS), President of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Ilham Aliyev received the Ministers in charge of disaster and emergency management of the OTS Member and Observer States on 07 September 2023.
The Head of State emphasized the role of Azerbaijan in the framework of OTS and mentioned that cooperation with Turkic States is of priority of Azerbaijan’s foreign policy. President also stressed the importance of the Second Ministerial Meeting and Baku-2023 International Exercise.
Secretary General of the OTS H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev on behalf of the Ministers thanked the President for his continuous support for the activities of the OTS.
