President of Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Ms. Gunay Afandiyeva, gave a lecture on the topic of Turkic Cultural Heritage for the participants of the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training program on 11 July 2017.
She gave comprehensive information about common cultural heritage, traditions, values and prominent figures of the Turkic world.
She also touched upon the establishment of Turkic Cultural and Heritage Foundation, its activites and future projects directed for protection, preservation and promotion of cultural heritages of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. In this context she underlined that the Foundation cooperating with UNESCO, Heritage Foundation and the Research Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA) for the promotion of the Turkic heritage.
