The 12th Meeting of the Ministers in Charge of Economy and Trade of the Organization of Turkic States and Turkic World Business Forum will be organized on 14th September 2023 in İstanbul, Türkiye.
The Ministerial meeting will be hosted by H.E. Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and attended by Ministers/Vice-Ministers of Economy and Trade of the OTS Member States and Observers.
The Ministers will hold discussions on the following agenda items: Work plan of the Trade Facilitation Committee of the Organization of Turkic States for 2023-2024; Roadmap for concluding the “Free Trade Agreement on Services and Investments” among the OTS Member States, Draft “Partnership Agreement on Digital Economy” among the OTS Member States; Implementation of “Turkic Trade Houses” project in the OTS Member States; Concept note establishing the Turan Special Economic Zone - “TURANSEZ” and etc.
In the afternoon of September 14th, the “Turkic World Business Forum” will be inaugurated with the participation of Ministers in Charge of Economy and Trade of the OTS, Heads of TCCI Member Organizations, high-level officials, experts, and businesspeople from the OTS Member States and Observers.
The Forum program will include keynote speeches by the Ministers and will feature various sessions and B2B meetings.
As part of the program, the 14th Meeting of the Working Group on Economic Cooperation of the OTS will be held on September 13th before the Ministerial Meeting.The Ministerial meeting will be hosted by H.E.
