The 10th Meeting of the Ministers in Charge of Economy of the Turkic Council and  Turkic Business Forum “Devoted to the restoration and development of the liberated Karabakh region of Azerbaijan” will be convened on 10 September 2021 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Ministerial meeting will be hosted by H.E. Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, Secretary General of the Turkic Council. 
H.E. Akylbek Zhaparov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Bakhyt Sultanov, Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Dr. Mehmet Muş, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Aziz Voitov, First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and H.E. Peter Sztaray, State Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary will attend the meeting. 
The Ministers will hold discussions on the following agenda items: “Feasibility Study” and “Agreement Establishing of the Turkic Investment Fund; Legal Statue and further activities of the Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI); Additional mechanisms for further liberalization of trade and investment regimes in the Turkic Council region Establishment of the Turkic Trade House in the Member States. The Ministers will also elaborate the organization of the Business and Investment Forums in Hungary (Budapest) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek).
The ‘Signing Ceremony’ of the “Memorandum of Understanding on Information and Experience Sharing among Various Types of Economic Zones by the Ministers” as well as ‘Award Ceremony’ of the Turkic Business Prize will be organized subsequent to the meeting. The Ministerial meeting will be concluded with a Press Conference and presentation of “Research Paper on Trade and Investment Relations among the Turkic Council Member States”.
In the afternoon of 10th of September, Turkic Business Forum “Devoted to the restoration and development of the liberated Karabakh region of Azerbaijan” will be organized with the participation of Ministers in Charge of Economy of the Turkic Council and business people from the Turkic Council Member and Observer States.
The Forum will be inaugurated by the opening speeches of the Ministers and will proceed with a special session entitled “Role of the Turkic Business Communities in the restoration and development of the liberated Karabakh territories of Azerbaijan”. There will be a B2B meetings session in the various fields such as construction, agriculture and food, renewable energy, light Industry, tourism, mining, IT –ICT E-commerce during which the business people will hold bilateral meetings.
Within the framework of the program the delegations will also visit the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Aghdam City.
