The Eighth Meeting of the Heads of Customs Administrations of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held on 9 June 2022, in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Hosted by H.E. Samat Isabekov, Chairman of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and moderated by H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, Secretary General of the OTS, the Meeting will be attended by the Heads of Customs Administrations of the Member and Observer States of the OTS. 
At the inauguration, the Heads of Delegations will deliver their statements and the program will continue with the discussions on the following agenda items; the path forward in “Silk Road Initiative” and “Caravanserai Project”; Schedule of training programs for 2022-2023 to be organized by Member States, Public Private Partnership in Facilitation of transport and transit procedures in the OTS Member States through applying the modern digital tools («e-TIR», «e-Permit» and «e-CMR») and organization of joint workshops in collaboration with the relevant international organizations; The OTS Modern Silk Road Trade Caravan Demonstration Tour.

On 8 June 2022, experts of the Member and Observer States will gather and hold the Eleventh Meeting of the Working Group on Customs Cooperation of OTS, where the Parties along with the aforementioned Agenda items will adopt the final version of the “Agreement on Establishment of Simplified Customs Corridor among the Governments of Organization of Turkic States”.
