Upon the invitation of H.E. Binali Yıldırım, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey, the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated in the briefing and dinner for the Heads of the Diplomatic Missions accredited to the Republic of Turkey and Representatives of the International Organizations, on 18 August 2016 at Çankaya Palace in Ankara.
Within the framework of the briefing, Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım delivered a speech and in his speech gave comprehensive information to the Heads of the Diplomatic Missions and Representatives of the International Organizations regarding the failed coup attempt of 15 July 2016 and its aftermath as well as the current situation in Turkey.
During the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov exchanged views with his counterparts on the agenda.
