The Second Legislative Workshop of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic Speaking States, began in Ankara with the participation of member countries` legislative experts. Project Director Mehmet Sefik Yurtçiçek is participating in the two-day Workshop as the representative of the Turkic Council Secretariat.
