The World Customs Organization (WCO) 5th Working Group meeting on the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement has started on 29 February 2016 in Brussels.
The two-day meeting focuses on the progress made in terms of implementation, accession, ratification and the entry into force of the Agreement, the importance of cooperation and recent developments by the countries in that regard.
The WTO member countries, international organizations, private sector representatives and academics are taking part in the meeting. The Project Director Mr. Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek is participating in the event as the representative of the Turkic Council Secretariat.
