Alongside the specialized international institutions and organizations such as FIFA, UEFA, UNODC, UNESCO, EU, Council of Europe, Transparency International, Harvard University, Sorbonne University, linguistic blocks like the Commonwealth, Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI), Organization of French-Speaking Countries (Francophonie), League of Arab States and Turkic Council were invited to the summit meeting where the overarching purpose was to develop internationally acknowledged mechanisms and standards to eradicate corruption, manipulation, match fixing, intolerance, racism, child trafficking and sport betting which are prevalent in Sports today.
 
Project Director Ali Çiviler delivered a speech on the Turkic Council, its activities and recently-launched cooperation process in the field of Youth and Sports under the Turkic Council at the panel titled “The Power of Linguistic Blocks in Sports”.
 
ICSS proposed to sign an MoU with the Turkic Council that would serve as a basis for future cooperation and extended a draft MoU for the Council’s consideration.
