The meeting was inaugurated by opening speech of H.E. Ismail Kahraman, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The messages of H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey H.E. Mevlut Cavuşoğlu were also voiced at the Meeting.
Following the statements of national delegations and international organizations, Mr. Damirli delivered his statement on behalf of Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov.
