The 50th General Assembly of the PABSEC was held on 28-29 November 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine. Plenary session of the Assembly was opened by Anderey Parubiy, Chairman of Verkovna Rada of Ukraine.
Following the opening session the Assembly preceded to the adoption of the Agenda and statements of Heads of the Delegations.
Project Director of the Turkic Council Farid Damirli made a statement and underlined the importance of cooperation among States and emphasized on consolidated actions on removing obstacles to development. He also elaborated on the projects that are implemented by the Turkic Council.
