Project Director of the Turkic Council Mr. Assan Mazhitov as the Keynote Speaker addressed the opening of the sixth edition of Kadiköy Anadolu Lisesi Model United Nations (KALMUN) organized with the theme of “Democracy through prospective of the modern day: Is it an obligation or an indication of maturity?” on 9 June 2018 in Istanbul.
Project Director Mazhitov shared his diplomatic experience obtained throughout career with High school students attending the 6th edition KALMUN. Also he shared brief information about Turkic Council and its relations with UN and its bodies, International Election observation missions and primary goals of international organizations.
Mor than 300 high school students form different schools of Istanbul are participating at the 6th KALMUN that will be held on 9-13 June 2018 in Istanbul at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi.
