Project Director of the Turkic Council, Pelin Musabay Baki participated in the Program entitled “Commemoration Ceremony of Prof Dr. Turan Yazgan on his walk to eternity” organized by the Turkic World Research Foundation on 28 November 2015 at the Ali Emiri Cultural Center of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
The program started with Turan Yazgan Photo Exhibition and continued with the pannel on ‘Turan Yazgan with the memories’. Following that, the concert of Fidelity Sounds from the Turkic World was held by the Turkic World Music Ensemble of the Turkic World Research Foundation. At the end of the program, Turkic World Turan Yazgan Award Ceremony was held.
