Project Director of the Turkic Council Zamin Aliyev participated in the roundtable meeting regarding the Khojaly Massacre organized by Bilgesam Research Center on 25 February 2016.
Meeting was attended by former ambassadors, members of the parliament and representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul.
During the meeting the reasons for the failure of the world to recognize Khojaly as a genocide and proposals in this regard was discussed at length.
