Project Director Pelin Musabay Baki attended on 29 September 2017 in Ankara the Second Meeting of the Advisory Committee for Global South-South Cooperation EXPO to be hosted by the Republic of Turkey between 27-30 November 2017 in Antalya.
The preparations for the EXPO in terms of contextual, technical and logistical issues were took up in the said working meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
Turkic Council is one of the implementing partners of the EXPO entitled "South-South Cooperation in the Era of Economic, Social and Environmental Transformation: Road to the 40th Anniversary of the Adoption of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action" and will organize a solution forum with UN Development Programme on the theme of "Good Practices for South-South Cooperation in the Achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals."
