Second Coordination Meeting for the Establishment of Joint Turkic TV Channel was held in Istanbul on 23-24 February 2015. Representatives of the National TV Channels, Official News Agencies and relevant state authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Turkey were present at the meeting.

During the meeting the parties exchanged their views and discussed the conceptual aspects such as management structure, broadcasting languages, financing, budget and other important issues of the prospective channel. The representatives of the Official News Agencies of the Member States also discussed the possible cooperation among them in the framework of the Turkic Council.
