Second Meeting of the Senior Officials Committee of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States was held with the participation of delegations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey on 9-10 June 2011, in Istanbul.
Preparations and agenda of the upcoming Summit Meeting due to take place in Almaty on 20-21 October 2011, topics of the Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs Council as well as draft texts of agreements to be signed during the Summit were discussed at the Meeting.
It was decided to hold the Third Meeting of Senior Officials Commitee before the Summit in Almaty.
