The meeting of experts on discussions of the draft “Digital Economy Partnership Agreement between the Members of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS)” and “Dispute Settlement Section” of the said Agreement conducted on 24-25 June 2024 in the OTS premises.
During the meeting moderated by the OTS Deputy Secretary General Dr. Omer Kocaman, the Parties had comprehensive discussions on the text of the Agreement and agreed on the substantive issues of the document.
The Parties expressed their willingness to agreed the text of the Agreement before the upcoming OTS Informal Summit in Shusha.
Its expected that this Agreement will promote and increase intra-trade between the Turkic State through applying e-commerce platform, encourage trust in the electronic transactions and contribute to inclusive development of the digital economy in the region.
