Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, Secretary General of the Turkic Council attended on 8 December 2016 in Hamburg the side event titled "OSCE Youth Speaking Up: Destination Security" co-organized by the OSCE Chairmanship-in-Office Special Representative on Youth and Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain.
Alfonso Dastis Quecedo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain and Lamberto Zannier, OSCE Secretary General addressed the participants at the opening ceremony of the event.
Anna-Katherina Deninger, OSCE Special Representative on Youth and Security who had participated in the international conference co-organized by the Turkic Council and the UNAOC on 20-21 October 2016 in Istanbul on the role of youth in preventing and countering violent extremism was also among the speakers of the meeting.
Project Directors Pelin Musabay Baki, Yedil Myrzakhanov and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied Secretary General Hasanov at the side- event.
