Meeting with Ambassador Martin Sajdik, Permanent Representative of Austria to the United Nations and President of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)

Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov paid a visit Ambassador Martin Sajdik, Permanent Representative of Austria to the United Nations and the President of the Economic and Social Council on 13 May 2015.
Secretary General Hasanov briefed the Ambassador Sajdik about the activities of the Turkic Council on economic and social projects as well as the working relations of Turkic Council with international partners including the United Nations and its bodies.
Ambassador Sajdik, told that he is well aware of the works done by Turkic Council and added he is pleased and satisfied with the visit of Secretary General Hasanov.
Furthermore the issues of mutual interest, cooperation in furthering the economic and social development agenda of the Member States along with other countries in the region were also discussed.
Secretary General Hasanov presented a gift to Ambassador Sajdik at the end of the meeting.
Turkic Council Project Director Zamin Aliyev and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied to the Secretary General during the meeting.
