Secretary General of the Turkic Council H.E. Baghdad Amreyev and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan H.E. Elmar Mammadyarov held a telephone conversation on the follow up of the Turkic Council Extraordinary Summit that was held on 10 April 2020 through video-conference on the theme of “Solidarity and Cooperation in the fight against COVID-29 pandemic”.
The Secretary General and the Minister discussed the outcomes of the Summit and ways of realization of  decisions taken by the Heads of State.
