Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev attended the inauguration ceremony of the 74th International Astronautical Congress on 2 October 2023 in Baku upon the invitation by the Azerbaijani side.
H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has addressed the opening ceremony of the Congress and underlined the importance of the space studies and referred to the historical development in the space sphere made in Azerbaijan.
The Congress, which is the world’s premier space event is being held on 2-6 October 2023 with the participation of the 5000 stakeholders from more than 30 countries.
