OTS Secretary General H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev delivered a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the International Event dedicated to granting the status of Cultural Capital of the Turkic World in 2024 to Anau city of Turkmenistan on 26 March 2024 in Anau.
In his speech, he underlined the noteworthy role of Turkmenistan within the Organization of Turkic States as an Observer State, making substantial contributions to fostering cooperation and strengthening relations among Turkic States under the umbrella of the Organization.
Secretary General also reaffirmed the significance of studying monumental sites of Anau by the academic circles and taking relevant measures to promote their importance and historical value.
