Secretary General of the Turkic Council Halil Akinci and Research Expert Alim Bayaliyev participated as guests in the 4th Ordinary Congress of the Justice and Development Party (AK Parti) which convened on September 30, 2012 in Ankara.
The Congress witnessed important decisions and was attended by many foreign guests including those from the Turkic Council Member States. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev and First Deputy Chairman of Kazakhstan’s Nur Otan Party Bakytzhan Sagintayev were among the guests of honor.
