Secretary General Halil Akıncı gave a lecture entitled "Turkic Council and Turkic Speaking States" at the Abant İzzet Baysal University organized by the International Relations Department Student Society, on May 23, 2011.
Abant Izzet Baysal University Rector Prof. Dr. Hayri Coşkun, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahar, Prof. Dr. Akçahan Gepdiremen, Prof. Dr. Resul Eryiğit, faculty members, teachers and students of International Relations Department attended to the lecture.
Secretary General Halil Akıncı also answered students' questions. Rector Prof. Dr. Hayri Coşkun, gave a plaque to Mr. Akıncı as an expression of thankfulness for such an informative lecture.
