Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Baghdad Amreyev had a meeting with the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolat Akchulakov on 13 September 2022 in Nur-Sultan.
During the meeting, the Secretary General and the Minister discussed the ongoing OTS activities in the field of energy and the preparations for the upcoming Turkic Summit to be held on 11 November 2022 in Samarkand.
Parties shared their views on the implementation of outcomes of the 1st (online) meeting of the Energy ministers of the OTS Member and Observer States that took place on 24 February 2021 as well as ongoing undertakings in the light of the upcoming meeting of the Ministers of Energy of the Turkic States to be held on 28 September 2022 in Almaty and their participation in the “KIOGE-2022” International Fair.
