Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Baghdad Amreyev had a meeting with the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Kuantyrov on 15 September 2022 in Nur-Sultan.
During the meeting, the Secretary General and the Minister discussed the ongoing OTS activities in the field of economy and the preparations for the upcoming OTS Summit to be held on 11 November 2022 in Samarkand.
Parties expressed their views on the undertakings toward the strengthening economic cooperation in the region and touched upon the current agenda of the OTS, including the finalization of the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund as well as draft agreements aimed at further economic integration among the Turkic States.
