Secretary General met with Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Secretary General of the Turkic Council H.E. Baghdad Amreyev had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Mukhtar Tleuberdi on 1 February 2021 in Nur-Sultan.
Secretary General congratulated M. Tleuberdi on the occasion of his appoitment as  Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and wished  His Excellency success in all future endeavors in serving the brotherly Kazakistan and the Turkic World. 
Secretary General and the Deputy Prime Minister discussed wide range of issues of cooperation within the framework of the Turkic Council and exchanged views on the activities of the Organization for the upcoming period including informal Summit in Turkestan, which was previously proposed by the Honorary Chairman of the Turkic Council and the First President of Kazakhstan H.E. N. Nazarbayev. 
M. Tileuberdi underlined the significant achievements in the Turkic Council activities during the past year and stressed that Kazakhstan will continue its full support to Secretariats efforts to further develop the  cooperation within the Organization.
M.Tleuberdi and B.Amreyev also exchanged views on various regional and international issues as well as pressing topics of the global agenda.
