Secretary General of the Turkic Council, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev had a meeting with Askhat Aimagambetov, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of 6th Meeting of Ministers of Education of the Turkic Council on 4 November in  Istanbul.
 
Secretary General and Minister discussed the ways of strengthening the existing cooperation in the field of education among the Turkic Council Member and Observer States. A special emphasis was made to the ongoing activities, including those within the framework of the Turkic Council Turkic University Union (TÜRKÜNİB), Third Student Exchange Programme among secondary/high schools as well as educational exchange program for education professionals of Member States of the Turkic Council.
