On the occasion of the Ministerial Conference of Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process on Afghanistan, Secretary General Mr. Ramil Hasanov met with Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Mr. Zarar Ahmad Osmani. During the Meeting possible contributions of the Turkic Council to Istanbul Process was discussed.
