Secretary General of Organization of Turkic States Baghdad Amreyev came together with the Board of Trustees, academicians and students at a special meeting Hosted by Ibn-Haldun University organized in University Complex on 25 November 2021. 
Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. İrfan Gündüz delivered the opening speech of the event and expressed his gratitude to B.Amreyev for attending this event at Ibn Haldun University, and addressing the academic staff and students following the Organization's landmark historic summit that took place few weeks ago.
Welcoming the Secretary General, the Deputy Chairman of Board of Trustees of Ibn-Haldun University Bilal Erdogan noted in his speech that the Organization of Turkic States took a historical step in further strengthening the integration of the Turkic World with the important turning point that coincided with the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Turkic Republics. He underlined the unique role of the Secretary General of OTS in strengthening the unity of the Turkic States and his contribution to the institutional development of Turkic cooperation.
Addressing to the audience, B.Amreyev gave brief information about the history of the Organization, elaborated on its activities as well as the important agenda of the historic Leaders’ Summit that took place in Istanbul on 12 November and shared with them its outcomes. 
Secretary General stated that the Turkic World has now entered a new era of further cooperation and integration, and stressed the importance of the Turkic World Vision 2040 document, adopted during the 8th Summit for determining the main direction of the cooperation efforts of the Organization in the next 20 years, as a strategic document that will guide the imminent mutual work of the Member and Observer States in various fields, as well as other decisions of the Summit.
