Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Baghdad Amreyev and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu held a telephone conversation on 7 January 2022.
The Secretary General and the Foreign Minister exchanged views on the latest developments in Member State Kazakhstan, reiterating OTS’s support to the Government and people of this brotherly country.

The Organization of Turkic States was established in 2009 as an intergovernmental organization. Its primary objective is to foster comprehensive cooperation among Turkic States.
