Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Baghdad Amreyev honored Ambassador Abzal Saparbekuly, on the occasion of completion of his tenure as the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ankara on 21 March 2022 in Istanbul. 
Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev commended the significant role of Ambassador Abzal Saparbekuly to strengthening bilateral ties between Turkey and Kazakhstan, as well as his important coordination to the fruitful cooperation among the OTS Member States. 
Ambassador Saparbekuly expressed his gratitude to the Secretary General for his continued support to the activities of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Ankara and lauded the historic role of Secretary General B.Amreyev in empowering the Organization and ensuring its strong position in the international arena.
Secretary General wished Ambassador A.Saparbekuly continues successes in his future endeavors and expressed his confidence in his further contribution to the development and prosperity of the Turkic World. 
On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States, the Secretary General B.Amreyev presented the Ambassador A.Saparbekuly with a Certificate of Appreciation for his outstanding contribution into the development of relations between Turkic States.
