Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Kamaladdin Heydarov on 08 September 2023, in Baku within the framework of the Second Ministerial Meeting on Emergency Management of the OTS.
The Secretary General thanked Minister for the well-organized the Second Ministerial Meeting on Emergency Management and Baku-2023 International Exercise. The Sides discussed the cooperation OTS Member States in the field of disaster and emergency management. They also exchange views on draft of Agreement of Establishment of Civil Protection Mechanism of the OTS and perspectives of the mentioned mechanism.
