Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Ali Yerlikaya within the framework of the Second Ministerial Meeting on Emergency Management of the OTS on 07 September 2023 in Baku. 
The Parties discussed the issues on the cooperation of the OTS countries in the field of disaster and emergency management, including the draft of Agreement of Establishment of Civil Protection Mechanism of the OTS which is going to be signed at the upcoming OTS Summit.
