H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with H.E. Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, the President of the Council of Higher Education (CHE) of the Republic of Türkiye on 27 April 2024 at Istanbul University.                  

During the meeting, the Parties shared their views on perspective areas of educational cooperation among the OTS countries. They discussed the subjects relating to the forthcoming General Assembly of the Turkic Universities Union of the OTS, as well as the Meeting of the Ministers of Education of the OTS to be held in Azerbaijan.                 

The Parties expressed their continued commitment to the cooperation in the field of science and education.
