Binali Yıldırım, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey and Nabi Avcı, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey who honoured the Global Meeting addressed the participants at the opening ceremony. Başaran Ulusoy, President of Association of Travel Agencies and Yiğit Bağcı, President of the World Tourism Forum also delivered speeches at the ceremony.
On the margins of the ceremony, Secretary General Hasanov met with Abulfas Garayev, Minister of Civilization and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Furthermore, he had bilateral talks with the Ministers of other countries during the ceremony.
Chief of Protocol of the Turkic Council Emre Yurdakul, Project Directors Pelin Musabay Baki and Yedil Myrzakhanov accompanied Secretary General Hasanov at the event.
