Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov during his visit to Paris attended the reception hosted by Ambassador Hüseyin Avni Botsalı, Permanent Representative of Turkey to UNESCO on 23 March 2015. Ambassador Hasanov had bilateral talks with Mr. Düsen Kasainov, Secretary General of TÜRKSOY, Mayor of Şanlıurfa and with other guests.

The Organization of Turkic States was established in 2009 as an intergovernmental organization. Its primary objective is to foster comprehensive cooperation among Turkic States.
