Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov met with Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 12, 2015.
Secretary General Hasanov gave information about the activities of the Turkic Council as well as the achieved and planned projects and preperations of the 5th Summit of the Turkic Council due to take place in second half of 2015. Mr. Hasanov also gave information about the developments regarding Turkic Academy and Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
During the Meeting, Mr. Mammadyarov indicated the importance given to the activities of the Turkic Council by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and appreciation of the work of the Secretariat. Mr. Mammadyarov also stated that they will continue to give every support to the activities of the Turkic Council.
Ambassador Hasanov conveyed his thanks to Mr. Mammadyarov at the end of the Meeting.
