Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated at the 32nd Meeting of the Permanent Council of TURKSOY organized on 21 November 2014, in Kazan. Ambassador Hasanov delivered a speech during the meeting where he thanked the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for his kind invitation and informed the participants about activities of the Turkic Council and wished participants fruitful cooperation in their work.

The Organization of Turkic States was established in 2009 as an intergovernmental organization. Its primary objective is to foster comprehensive cooperation among Turkic States.
