Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated in the Opening Reception held on 12 May 2017 within the framework of "Islamic Solidarity Games" organized and hosted by the Republic of Azerbaijan in cooperation with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Secretary General Ramil Hasanov held numerous bilateral meetings and contacts with his counterparts during the reception, which was attended by 20 Ministers of Sports from 57 countries, representatives of international organizations and a large number of senior officials.

Secretary General Hasanov was accompanied by Project Directors Ali Çiviler and Assan Mazhitov and Deputy Manager of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Araz Salmanov.
