Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participates in the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council on 8-9 December 2016 in Hamburg as a special guest of the OSCE German Chairmanship.

Foreign Ministers of the 57 OSCE Participating States and senior representatives of international organizations attend the said international event where the key security issues are discussed.

At the opening ceremony of the meeting, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Foreign Minister of Germany in his capacity of the OSCE Chairperson in Office addressed the audience. This was followed by the address of Christine Muttonen, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Afterwards, Lamberto Zannier, Secretary General of the OSCE presented his annual report to the audience. After the opening ceremony, the Foreign Ministers of OSCE Participating States started to discuss the global and regional security issues on the agenda of the meeting.

Secretary General Hasanov is accompanied by Project Directors of Turkic Council Pelin Musabay Baki, Yedil Myrzakhanov and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul at the meeting.
