Within the framework of his official contacts in Ankara, the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Ulfat Kadyrov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Ankara on 25 February 2016.
During the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov gave information on the activities and projects carried out by the Turkic Council since its establishment, stated that the Turkic Council is aware of the expectations of all Turkic world, stressed the importance of Uzbekistan in Turkic world and underlined that the Turkic Council will continue its endless efforts and activities towards the unity and solidarity of the Turkic world.
Ambassador Kadyrov conveyed his thanks to the Secretary General for his kind visit during his tight schedule in Ankara and wished continuation of successful work by the Turkic Council.
Secretary General Hasanov presented a gift to Ambassador Kadyrov at the end of the meeting.
Turkic Council Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied the Secretary General during the meeting.
