Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, who came to Astana on the occasion of Fifth Meeting of the Turkic Business Council, paid a visit to President of International Turkic Academy and Chairman of Egemen Kazakstan Prof. Darkhan Kydyrali at his premises.
As a continuation of the March meeting in Istanbul, Secretary General Hasanov and President of the Academy Kydyrali made assessments on the agenda of the Turkic World and exchanged ideas on the activities of the Academy.
Secretary General Hasanov expressed his gratitude to President of the Academy and Chairman of Egemen Kazakstan Kydyrali for the support and publication of his interview in Egemen Kazakstan Newspaper.
Furthermore, Secretary General Hasanov presented the Activity Report of the Turkic Council for 2016, brochure of the international conference commemorating the “Khojaly Genocide” taken place in Ankara and brochure of the international conference on the “Role of Youth in Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism” co-organized earlier with UNAOC to President of the Academy Kydyrali. The said publications were published last week.
President of the Academy Kidyrali thanked the Secretary General Hasanov for visiting him during his busy schedule and stated that he believed that frequent meetings in a short period of time would make a major contribution to the cooperation between the two institutions.
Turkic Council Deputy Secretary General Abzal Saparbekuly, Project Director Assan Mazhitov and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied Secretary General Hasanov at the meeting.
