Within the context of his official contacts in Bishkek, Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov visited Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Balcı Rector of Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University (KTMU) and the Chairman-in-Office of the Turkic Council Turkic University Union on 6 April 2017.
Secretary General Hasanov thanked Prof. Balcı for the activities of the Turkic University Union carried out with great devotion and exchanged ideas on the steps that could be taken within the framework of the `Turkic University Union`.
Rector Balcı shared his views with the Secretary General Hasanov about the projects of the `Turkic University Union` which will be implemented in the forthcoming period and also conveyed his thanks for the support provided by the Turkic Council.
