Secretary General of the Turkic Council Baghdad Amreyev visited Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation
In the framework of his working visit to Baku, Secretary General of the Turkic Council Baghdad Amreyev visited the new premises of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation (TCHF) on 8 September 2020. 
TCHF was established in August, 2012, during the Bishkek Summit as an affiliated organization to the Turkic Council with the aim of preserving the Turkic heritage in member countries as well as conducting projects in collaboration with partners in third countries. TCHF is located in Baku and provides assistance in the protection, study and promotion of Turkic culture and heritage through supporting and funding various activities, projects and programs. 
Welcoming Secretary General B. Amreyev, President of Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyava conveyed comprehensive information about the various activities and undertakings carried out by TCHF. 
Secretary General and President of TCHF exchanged views on the ongoing cooperation efforts in the Turkic World as well as the preparations for the next Summit and discussed their respective programs and projects in the forthcoming period.
They also reviewed the agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Coordination Committee of the Turkic Cooperation Organizations that will convene with the participation of Turkic Council’s Affiliated and related Organizations; namely TURKSOY, Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries (TURKPA), Turkic Academy and Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Turkic Council.
Secretary General and the accompanying delegation were given by President G. Afandiyeva a tour of the new premises of TCHF that had been officially inaugurated during the Baku Summit.
