Turkic Council Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Askar Mamin upon his assumption of new responsibilities as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and conveyed his best wishes for the continued success in his endeavors and in achieving the goals towards further developing national economy, attracting foreign direct investment, and ensuring the welfare of the people of Kazakhstan.

The Secretary General also expressed his firm belief for Kazakhstan’s support to the activities of the Turkic Council and the development of multilateral relations among the Turkic-Speaking States during Mr. Mamin’s term of office.
